    The Complementary Healthcare Council of Australia (CHC) welcomes the historic Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between Australia and Japan and congratulates Prime Minister, the Hon Tony Abbott, and the Minister for Trade, the Hon. Andrew Robb, in the signing of the trade deal that will, “see a reduction or removal of tariffs and duties on 97% of Australian exports to Japan.”

    Chief Executive Officer of the Complementary Healthcare Council of Australia (CHC), Mr Carl Gibson, has welcomed results from a two-year University of Sydney study1, which show that daily supplementation with a combination of glucosamine and chondroitin sulphate may significantly reduce joint space narrowing in the knees.

    The Hemp food industry has been working towards allowing low THC hemp to be recognised legitimately as a food by an application to the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (A1039). The application aims to meet global standards in Europe and North America that already have thriving industrial hemp businesses.
