This event will comprise of three main components: The Annual Conference, Pre-Dinner Networking Reception and the 22nd Annual Industry Awards Dinner.

The CMA Annual Conference has secured its reputation as the primary event in the complementary medicines industry calendar.
The program synopsis for this year's event is 'Business as Unusual'. With lock-downs and social distancing, COVID-19 has affected every Australian.
Our sector continues to work together to adapt to a new normal. Our industry pivoted to help meet the challenges of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Some manufacturers re-tooled to provide hospital grade sanitisers, hand wash and other personal protective equipment.
This has led to the Government recognising complementary medicines as one of the high value-add groups identified for growth opportunities with the National Manufacturing Priority Roadmap.
Consumers adapted to the change in environment too. With a greater focus on personal hygiene, a drop in demand for cold and flu products was observed.
However, this was offset with a rise in general immunity and wellbeing products such as pre & probiotics, echinacea, Vitamin C & D and other single vitamins.
The Complementary medicines industry has been one of the quiet achievers of the Australian economy – growing at around 1.5% annually, directly generating over $5.69 billion in economic activity in FY20 and employing over 30,000 Australian jobs across the therapeutic goods sector.
150 delegates from the Complementary Medicines Industry supply chain are expected to attend the conference this year, making it a vital opportunity for networking and business development, as well as an informative event to engage you and develop your knowledge and skills.

When a registration is processed and invoice has been issued, the registration is final. In the case that a delegate does not attend the event and does not notify CMA in full seven (7) days prior to the event the invoice must be paid in full.
Unless specifically stated on registration materials, the deadline to receive a full refund for your registration is seven (7) business days before the event.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time up to and including the date of the event. Transfers must be notified in writing to Natasha Flynn at CMA.
CMA reserves the right to cancel, re-locate or re-schedule any event. If an event is cancelled, re-located or re-scheduled, CMA cannot be held responsible for any other costs incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, re-location or re-scheduling, including any travel or accommodation expenses.
We understand that there is some uncertainty surrounding travel and gatherings, to this end we are offering a ‘refund or replace’ pledge. If for legitimate reasons related to COVID-19 restrictions you wish to cancel attendance, or the event is postponed, we will offer a full refund or replace with a ticket at the same price for when we are able to rearrange the conference. We value your support.
